It Started with a Market Table
Dave Wolle baked his first commercial sourdough in a borrowed oven in 2019. He sold out at the Haliburton Farmers' Market by 9 a.m. and spent the next three years chasing that feeling.
Osnat was at the next table over, selling pottery she'd been throwing since art school. They compared notes on underpricing their work, went home together, and the rest is domestic and professional history.
The search for a permanent space took two years and three failed offers. Ingoldsby almost didn't happen. Then it did — a converted space on a quiet road through the Highlands, big enough for a baking oven, a kick wheel, two kilns, a café counter, and a paint-on-pottery studio for whoever wanders in.
